Saturday, March 3rd at 9am, is the fifth annual ‘Blumenfield Bike Ride.’ Each year, families, community members, and advocates for safer streets come out and tour West Valley neighborhoods on two wheels, highlighting the bike infrastructure in the San Fernando Valley.
This ten-mile ride, at a family friendly pace, will begin and end at Warner Ranch Park; it will showcase Warner Center, Woodland Hills, as well as the stretch of Ventura Boulevard included in the ‘Reimagine Ventura’ initiative. The LAPD will provide rolling traffic control to insure a smooth and safe ride for young and old alike. Learn more and RSVP here: blumenfield.lacity.org/ride2018.
If you have any questions about the ride, or have any other city related concerns, never hesitate to contact (818) 774-4330 or Councilmember.Blumenfield@lacity.org.
