A quick Introduction Holden Tsao our Youth Representative.
Holden currently a junior at Notre Dame High School. He is part of his schools band program and also participate in the track and field team. He is the youth representative for the Winnetka Neighborhood Council and have held this position for almost a year now.
He chose to run for this position because he was interested in seeing how local government runs and wanted to share the youth’s perspective on certain topics that could benefit the council’s decision making. He also have to give credit to his dad for finding this opportunity for him and guiding him through his time on this council.
Holden is enjoying his time working with local government and hope to continue providing the voice of the youth for the Winnetka Neighborhood Council in the future.
