Join the Chatsworth Nature Preserve, the Southwestern Herpetologists Society, and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power as they celebrate Earth Day early and host an open house for the public. There will be a morning celebration and interpretive hikes led throughout the day by group leaders. This is the only day the Chatsworth Nature Preserve is open to the public, so come celebrate Earth Day and enjoy some family fun. No dogs or horses allowed inside the Nature Preserve.

To join the celebration, enter the chain-link fence gate on Valley Circle Blvd., Just southwest of the curve where Plummer St. turns into Valley Circle Blvd. Parking is available near the gate, along the street’s shoulder.
