Please join us for the next Winnetka Neighborhood Council Planning & Land Use Committee meeting. We will be discussing an important change in our procedural rules which should allow us to begin holding public hearings on proposed developments in Winnetka after almost a year-long hiatus as a result of the City’s attempt to shut down public hearings by banning the Winnetka NC from requiring developers to mail hearing notices.
Additionally, we will be reviewing pending ordinances to determine which ordinances the Committee would like to discuss at its September meeting. We hope to see you at the meeting.
