The Committee will be discussing and possibly taking action to post appoint a stakeholder to the Committee to fill a current vacancy, develop a template plan for the property located at 20460 Sherman Way that can be provided to potential developers, brainstorm other possible uses for this property, discuss encouraging a new ordinance requiring all future developments in the City to require a “grey water” system, and consideration on taking a position on the Hybrid Industrial Live/Work zone under consideration by the LA City Planning Department.
