We wanted to share some information with you about an opportunity to participate in a focus group held by the Transportation Research Board to discuss pedestrian and driver safety tactics during the day and evening.

Toole Design is currently on the consultant team supporting a project for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) on safety for drivers and pedestrians. In November, they’ll be hosting multiple focus groups online and in-person to understand how and why people act differently when they walk or drive at night vs during the day.

All workshops will be held in both English and Spanish, and $40 gift cards will be provided for all participants (whether online or in-person).

Two in-person workshops in CD3 will be held on Thursday, November 2nd at the following locations:

  • Encino-Tarzana Library from 3:30-5pm
  • Woodland Hills Library from 6pm-7pm
