Valley Village Run/walk 10/31 Race-9:00 Festival-9:30-noon at L.A. Valley College. Race starts at Sepulveda Park and Ride and ends at Valley College.  There will be vendors, music, entertainment, fitness instructors.   Bob Blumenfield is the grand marshal. WNC is considering supporting the event with a $1,000 grants.
