Our Guest Speaker: Lucy Martinez is the lead planner for the Canoga Park-Winnetka-Woodland Hills-West Hills plan area. They will be sharing an overview of the recently released draft zoning for the Winnetka community. In late March, the Southwest Valley Community Plan update team released this draft zoning map, in addition to updated draft land use maps, Policy Plan documents, and a series of handouts summarizing the strategies for various topics such as Complete Neighborhoods and Jobs & Economic Development among others.
