Thank you to the more than 60 volunteers and Board Members who showed up to clean up at our Annual Spring Clean on April 22. Stakeholders turned out at the Winnetka Recreation City this Earth Day and scoured the park and surrounding neighborhood for trash. We loaded a City Recreation & Parks pick up with two loads of trash. Some pieces were huge: house doors and shipping pallets! Snacks, lunch and freebies we provided to all participants. Council Member Bob Blumenfield stopped by after his Community Bike Ride, which the WNC also sponsored.
