The Winnetka Neighborhood Council was proud to participate in this year’s Memorial Day Parade and outreach to stakeholders. The parade began at Sheman Way and Owensmouth and proceeded down Sherman Way to the First Baptist Church of Canoga Park. The WNC had a booth at the end of the parade route.
