Winnetka Neighborhood Council was proud to support the Valley Disaster Preparedness Fair on Saturday, September 29. We greeted stakeholders at our table and invited them to join in our work to empower Winnetka.
The fair is the largest fair in Southern California with workshops, preparedness groups, and starter preparedness kits. Attendees can learn how to assemble emergency preparedness kits for their home and cars so that in the case of a disaster they will be able to sustain themselves while first responders are unavailable.
