Goals

Our objective is to increase the input and involvement of our constituents. We want to make sure that our stakeholders know what is going on in our Council and community and encourage everyone to become active in the Council. We do this by:

Sponsoring community events to promote the WNC
Publishing our WNC Newsletter
Keeping our WNC web site updated with news
Creating a conversation on social media
Public appearances and informational booths
Various other publications and mailing

Some of the events we have sponsored include:

Memorial Day Parada
Spring Clean
Valley Disaster Preparedness Fair

Our WNC Neighborhood Council Retreat Meeting

WNC Joins in River Clean Up

Winnetka Neighborhood Council President Mihran Kalaydjian and former WNC President David Uebersax participated in a recent LA River clean up with Councilmember Bob Blumenfield and the LA River Walkers and Watchers.

The Winnetka Neighborhood Council was excited to participate in CicLAvia the Valley on February 26, 2023. We welcomed participants at our booth with freebies and invited them to participate in the neighborhood council.
