The Winnetka Neighborhood Council’s Outreach and Social Media Committee is leading a public art initiative to paint area utility boxes. Neighborhoods around Los Angeles show their community pride with custom designed utility box murals.
The committee is still in the planning phases and is seeking input from the community regarding designs and locations. If you have design ideas, are interested in coming out to paint, or would just like to be kept updated on the project, please email outreach@winnetkanc.com.
